The test pumps and pressure generators are designed so that all pressure systems to be tested can be directly adapted. The test item is simply connected using the robust, industrial pressure hose with quick coupling and the adapters supplied. The reference is mounted directly on top of the pump using a positioning adapter.

The desired test pressure is first generated using the handles and then precisely adjusted using the fine adjustment valve. This means that the same pressure level is present on both instruments. The pressure relief valve enables a continuous pressure reduction and ensures a precise and simple test run even when the pressure is falling.

In the simplest case, the pressure is displayed using an analogue pressure gauge. Easy-to-read digital pressure gauges or hand-held measuring instruments can also be used. By comparing the displayed value of the reference and the measured value of the test object, the accuracy of the pressure measuring device to be tested can be checked or adjusted.

The SIKA test pumps and pressure generators are ideal for mobile use. The low weight and compact design enable easy transport directly to the measuring point. The instruments are ready for use immediately and work without additional power supply. Carrying nitrogen bottles or connecting to a compressed air network is not necessary. The wear-free pressure generation is simple and smooth, regardless of the ambient temperature and orientation, and is operated manually.

The basic version of every test pump includes a suitable pressure hose. The hydraulic hoses are equipped with a self-sealing quick coupling. In the solid version, imperial, conical or metric adapters are available for all common connection threads. The appropriate sealing kit is also included in the scope of delivery. The transport case with molded foam insert contains all the equipment.
