Rugged, accurate food probe (IP65), stainless steel, PUR cable can be used at up to +180°F, IP 54 plug-in connection.
The robust stainless steel food probe (Pt100) is above all used for measuring the core temperature of foods.
The fact that the probe is EN 13485 and HACCP-compliant is particularly practical for use in the food sector. In addition, it is protected against water jets according to IP65.
